It is with great regret that we have to inform you that Giesecke & Devrient Secure Flash Solutions is currently in liquidation.
The shareholders Giesecke & Devrient (G&D) and Phison Electronics Corporation took the decision to dissolve their joint venture G&D Secure Flash Solutions effective December 31, 2012.
The parent companies find it is currently more effective to support the relevant business directly by themselves rather than by the joint venture.
The operations are to be reintegrated into the parent companies.
Existing delivery obligations will, of course, still be met but G&D Secure Flash Solutions is no longer taking new orders.
